MARILYN’S PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICIES

PAYMENT:

I will mail you a Paypal invoice after you send me your order. You may pay with Paypal or send me a personal check or money order. You do not have to sign up for Paypal to use its credit card function. If you mail a check, I will not send the plants until the check/money order has arrived and cleared the bank. Money orders are available at every US Post Office.

SHIPPING:

Plants and seedlings:

The plants I send you will be drenched in insecticide/fungicide before I ship them. If you don’t want that done notify me when you place the order. If you live in an area with sub-zero temperatures I can hold your order until you have warmer temperatures but no later than May 1st. I will not be responsible for frozen plants. I ship on Mondays only.

Due to increased worldwide regulations I will only ship plants to the USA and Japan. I promise to keep your shipping costs down. I ship USPS Priority mail. For one plant that ends up costing $25 to 45 dollars depending on the length of the plant. Depending on the number of plants I may overestimate your shipping cost. If you have paid more than $5 above the actual shipping cost I will reimburse you. Shipping to Japan requires an extra $100 for the phytosanitary certificate plus the additional shipping cost.

Seeds:

I will ship seeds worldwide but it is up to you to know your countries laws. I will not refund your money if the seeds are seized by your government or lost in the mail. The seeds will be clean and treated with Captan fungicide.

In the USA I send seeds in USPS small Priority mail flat rate boxes…this costs around $10.50. I use the same boxes for international shipping but the price is around $35.00.
